Projects Creating Real Impact In People's Lives

The Hall at Beit Ummar Park fosters community engagement, promotes local traditions, and enhances the social and economic vitality of Beit Ummar.

The summer camp, from 22nd June to 7th July 2022, focused on creativity and skill-building, ending in a performance showcase attended by community members.

The Ramadan 2021 project distributed 250 food parcels to families in need, alleviating suffering in areas with limited access to basic services.

In October 2020, CFJ reclaimed 27 dunams in Beit Ummar by planting 230 prickly pear plants to produce juice, boosting local income and preserving agricultural land.

The café at Beit Ummar Park enhances community interaction, promotes local culture, and supports the park’s sustainability by providing a welcoming social space and boosting the local economy.

On February 17, 2020, CFJ and volunteers planted 350 Balloti Grape trees on reclaimed land in Beit Ummar, enhancing agricultural productivity and contributing to the region’s economic and social development.

The Pirate Ship, built in late 2019, enhances children’s recreational experiences at Beit Ummar Park, fostering social interaction and contributing to increased park visitation and local economic benefits.

The project empowered Palestinian farmers by producing and marketing a healthy drink from prickly pears, enhancing cultural preservation and international awareness.

The Summer camp introduced 30 kids to technology and creative thinking through robotics, arts, and recreational activities, fostering fun and learning.
